Fidelity® Charitable Gift FundSM Enhances Investment Pool Program
The Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund believes in the importance of a sound asset allocation approach to the investment management of charitable contributions. As part of its continuing effort to help donors achieve their giving goals, the Gift Fund is expanding the menu of individual investment pools with the addition of two new pools: the "500 Index Pool" and the "International Index Pool."
New Individual Investment Pool
500 Index Pool
This new pool provides donors with more choice for index investing of Giving Account® assets. The 500 Index Pool may be appropriate for donors wishing to recommend an investment allocation that tracks performance of common stocks included in the Standard & Poor's® 500 Index (S&P 500®). The pool seeks long-term capital appreciation by producing investment results that correspond to the total return of common stocks publicly traded in the United States as represented by the S&P 500. The pool is wholly invested in the Spartan® 500 Index Fund, which in turn normally invests at least 80% of its assets in common stocks included in the S&P 500 Index. As an equity index tracking pool with no active management, the 500 Index Pool will have the risks associated with the underlying securities included in the index. Underlying securities will fluctuate in response to the activities of individual companies, and general market and economic conditions.

Total Pool Investment Expense Ratio: 0.07%*
Pool Benchmark: Standard & Poor's 500 Index
New Individual Investment Pool
International Index Pool
This new pool provides donors with more choice for index investing of Giving Account® assets. The International Index Pool may be appropriate for donors wishing to recommend an investment allocation that tracks common stocks included in the Morgan Stanley Capital International Europe, Australasia, Far East Index (MSCI EAFE), which represents the performance of foreign stock markets. The pool seeks long-term capital growth by producing investment results that correspond to the total return of foreign stock markets. The pool is wholly invested in the Spartan® International Index Fund, which in turn normally invests at least 80% of its assets in common stocks included in the MSCI EAFE Index. As an equity index tracking pool with no active management, the International Index Pool will have the risks associated with the underlying securities included in the index. Underlying securities will fluctuate in response to the activities of individual companies, and general market and economic conditions. Foreign securities are subject to interest rate, currency exchange rate, economic, and political risks, all of which are magnified in emerging markets.

Total Pool Investment Expense Ratio: 0.17%; Voluntary Expense Cap: 0.07%*

Stock values fluctuate in response to the activities of individual companies, and general market and economic conditions. The value of an individual security or particular type of security can be more volatile than the market as a whole and can perform differently from the value of the market as a whole.
